Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce security and performance best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of complex features including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability.
- Define and implement Salesforce architecture standards and coding guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Architect role.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce design patterns, integration strategies, and security models.
- Proven experience in managing offshore or onshore development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
