Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our client in Subang Jaya. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and innovative technical solutions, focusing specifically on Education Cloud and EDA (Education Data Architecture).

You will play a pivotal role in guiding stakeholders through discovery sessions, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring seamless platform adoption. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead stakeholder discovery workshops to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce specifications.
- Design and implement robust solutions using a 'flow-first' declarative approach to minimize technical debt.
- Configure and customize Education Cloud and EDA objects to meet institutional reporting and management needs.
- Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test scripts and coordination with user groups.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and functional requirement specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on platform best practices to drive user adoption and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of Education Cloud and Education Data Architecture (EDA).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects.
