Fast Distribution Corporation is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Salesman to join our growing team in Borongan City, Eastern Samar. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving product availability and ensuring excellence in our distribution network across secondary and tertiary outlets.
As a Senior Salesman, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring that our products are readily available to meet market demand. We are looking for someone who excels in field sales, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and is highly organized in managing collections. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to secondary and tertiary outlets to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order taking to product delivery coordination.
- Perform timely collection of payments from customers and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing valuable feedback to management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Salesman, Route Sales Representative, or in a similar field-based sales role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3) is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and record-keeping for daily collections and inventory reporting.
- Residing in or willing to work within Borongan City, Eastern Samar.
- Strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to achieving performance goals.
