In this senior role, you will act as the full system guardian and administrator of our locally hosted SAP systems and solutions. You will be the cornerstone of our SAP infrastructure, responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, and integrated technologies.
Your expertise will ensure our systems are not only running efficiently but are also aligned with industry best practices and security standards. You will lead complex technical projects, manage system migrations, and provide expert-level support to our business stakeholders across the globe.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical lead for the administration and management of the on-premise SAP landscape (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager).
- Plan, implement, and manage system installations, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and perform proactive tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations in accordance with security policies and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and regular system refresh processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and act as an escalation point for complex Basis issues.
- Collaborate with functional and development teams to support transport management, system copy requests, and new project implementations.
- Stay current with the latest SAP technologies (SAP BTP, Cloud Connectors) and provide recommendations for system improvements and roadmap planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, with a strong focus on on-premise systems.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver technologies (AS ABAP, AS Java).
- Proven experience in SAP system installation, upgrade, and migration projects (OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows) and databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, MSSQL).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- SAP certification in Basis administration is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
