Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP system architecture including HANA, NetWeaver, and S/4HANA environments
- Lead system installations, upgrades, migrations, and high-availability configurations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical incidents, and implement preventive measures
- Develop backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans ensuring business continuity
- Collaborate with development teams on system integration, security hardening, and compliance
- Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and document SAP administration best practices
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend infrastructure optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration with focus on SAP HANA and S/4HANA
- SAP Certified Technology Professional (SAP C_TADM70_21) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in SAP system monitoring (Solution Manager), OS/DB migration, and security implementation
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proven track record in managing complex SAP landscapes with 50+ concurrent users
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Fluent English communication with ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
