WeSupport is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP C4C Functional Consultant to drive digital transformation in our CRM operations. In this critical role, you will architect and implement SAP Cloud for Customer solutions that align with business objectives while optimizing customer experience. You'll analyze complex requirements, design efficient workflows, and ensure seamless integration between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into technical specifications, configure custom solutions, and provide expert guidance during system implementation and optimization phases. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP technologies while delivering measurable improvements in sales, service, and marketing processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP C4C solutions for CRM processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design, configure, and optimize CRM workflows for sales, service, and marketing modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance of implemented solutions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP C4C systems
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP C4C implementation and support
- Expert knowledge of SAP CRM processes and industry best practices
- Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in SAP C4C configuration and customization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- SAP C4C certification or equivalent SAP CRM certification preferred
