Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP Concur modules for T&E, Invoice, and Audit processes
- Collaborate with Oil & Gas clients to analyze business requirements and design tailored SAP solutions
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, user training, and post-implementation support
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP IS-Oil & Gas systems
- Monitor system performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Support pre-sales activities through solution design and client demonstrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (T&E, Invoice, Audit modules)
- Proven track record in SAP IS-Oil & Gas implementations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications in SAP Concur or related SAP modules preferred
- Experience in Agile project methodologies
