TDK Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Engineer to join our Information Systems Division (ISD) in Laguna. In this role, you will be the backbone of our enterprise technology stack, responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our SAP environment to ensure seamless business operations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, optimizing system performance and integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and customize SAP modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, ensuring high availability and seamless data integration.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the SAP landscape and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and implement innovative technical improvements.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks to ensure long-term stability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and configuration manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies within the SAP environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in SAP configuration and system administration.
- Strong technical proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, or FI/CO) and ABAP development.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- SAP Certification in relevant modules is a distinct advantage.
