As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the successful deployment and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, New GL) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA) modules.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users and client teams on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams (ABAP developers), other functional consultants (e.g., SD, MM, PP), and project managers.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all project phases, configurations, and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within client financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of extensive experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
- Proven track record of participation in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and strong expertise in configuring SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL).
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA, Product Costing).
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
- SAP FICO certification is a significant advantage.
