Role Overview
British American Tobacco (BAT) is seeking a visionary Senior SAP Operations Lead Designer to join our high-performing Global Business Services team. In this Senior Manager-level role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, specifically focusing on the optimization and architectural integrity of our SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Logistics Execution (LE) landscape.
As a subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical excellence. You will be responsible for designing scalable, global templates that drive efficiency across our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical roots in SAP EWM, capable of leading cross-functional teams and navigating the complexities of a global enterprise environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of BAT’s logistics and warehouse operations on the S/4HANA platform.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global architectural design and strategy for SAP S/4HANA LE and EWM modules.
- Translate complex business supply chain requirements into robust, scalable technical functional specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP implementations, from initial scoping and design to deployment and hyper-care.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment of local operational needs with the global digital template.
- Provide expert-level guidance on warehouse automation, RF technologies, and integration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying system bottlenecks and proposing innovative SAP-driven solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior functional consultants and developers to maintain a high standard of delivery.
- Ensure compliance with global security, data privacy, and internal control standards within the SAP landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in SAP functional consultancy, specifically within LE and EWM.
- Proven track record of at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations at a Lead or Architect level.
- Deep expertise in EWM internal processes, outbound/inbound delivery processing, and Labor Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration points with MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Experience working in a global, multi-national environment with large-scale distribution networks.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the Senior Manager level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA EWM is highly desirable.
