Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain SAP PP module to support production planning and control processes
- Develop and execute master production schedules (MPS) and material requirements planning (MRP)
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams for integrated planning
- Lead SAP PP system upgrades, testing, and user training initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on production efficiency and capacity utilization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP PP implementation and optimization experience
- Strong expertise in production planning, MRP, and supply chain management
- Proven track record in manufacturing or industrial machinery sector
- SAP certification (preferred) and proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration
