Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete billing lifecycle in SAP SD module including invoice generation, verification, and distribution
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure revenue compliance
- Develop and implement billing process optimization strategies using SAP best practices
- Conduct regular billing audits and reconciliation activities for financial accuracy
- Provide SAP SD user training and support to internal stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot billing-related issues
- Document billing processes and maintain updated SAP configuration documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of SAP SD module experience with specialized focus on billing processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP logistics, supply chain management, and financial accounting
- Certification in SAP SD or related SAP modules highly preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex billing scenarios and system integrations
- Experience with hybrid work environments and remote collaboration tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
