Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement complex SAP technical solutions including ABAP development, integrations, and enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical specifications.
- Lead the technical delivery lifecycle, from architecture design and coding to testing and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex SAP systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and patch implementations in alignment with project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP technical development (ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Fiori).
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and modern SAP S/4HANA development practices.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
- Professional certification in SAP S/4HANA or related technical modules is highly preferred.
