Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain SCADA systems using Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC logic for industrial automation processes
- Lead system integration and commissioning projects for manufacturing facilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement HMI/SCADA solutions
- Perform system diagnostics, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance
- Develop documentation including system diagrams, operational manuals, and test procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on SCADA best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SCADA and Siemens PLC programming
- Expert proficiency in TIA Portal (STEP 7) and Siemens PLC platforms
- Certification in Siemens Industrial Automation (e.g., SIMATIC PCS 7)
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus)
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design and implementation
- Knowledge of safety standards (IEC 61131, ISO 13849)
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex industrial environments
