We are seeking a highly motivated (Senior) Scientist to join our Aural & Language Intelligence team to push the boundaries of Artificial Intelligence.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges in speech processing, natural language understanding, and multimodal AI. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and contribute to R&D initiatives focusing on Aural and Language Intelligence, including speech recognition, synthesis, and multimodal AI.
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex domain-specific applications.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation by developing robust, scalable AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language intelligence into national-level projects and industry partnerships.
- Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier journals and international conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICASSP, ACL).
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning and AI research to maintain our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of research in NLP, Speech Processing, or Machine Learning with reputable publications.
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages, with experience in high-performance computing environments.
- Experience in training and deploying large-scale models, including Transformers and their variants.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, research-oriented team environment.
