We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). - Lead the research and development of Embodied AI algorithms for robotic manipulation.
- Design and implement Learning from Demonstration (LfD) pipelines for contact-rich tasks.
- Develop simulation and physical prototyping frameworks for testing robotic behaviors.
- Analyze and optimize robotic performance metrics in dynamic environments.
- Author and publish high-quality research papers in leading robotics and AI conferences.
- Collaborate with industry partners to translate theoretical models into practical applications.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of post-PhD experience in research or industry in robotics or AI.
- Strong expertise in Reinforcement Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Demonstrated experience with robot kinematics, dynamics, and sensor fusion.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
