- Lead the design and development of advanced trajectory planning algorithms for autonomous robotic systems
- Architect and implement intelligent control systems enabling autonomous decision-making in complex environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to integrate robotics solutions into real-world applications
- Mentor and guide junior scientists and researchers in robotics methodologies and best practices
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage research grants and collaborate with industry partners on applied projects
- Contribute to the development of ARTC's strategic research roadmap in autonomous systems
- Drive innovation in robot perception, path planning, and navigation technologies
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in autonomous systems or robotics research
- Proven expertise in trajectory planning, motion control, and path optimization algorithms
- Strong proficiency in robot operating systems (ROS) and simulation tools such as Gazebo or MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience with machine learning and computer vision applications in robotics
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in peer-reviewed robotics journals or conferences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with real-world robotics deployment in industrial or commercial settings
