Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare applications.
- Lead research initiatives aimed at pushing the frontiers of AI, computer vision, or natural language processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI research into scalable computing solutions.
- Analyze and process large-scale, high-complexity datasets to drive meaningful insights.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at international technical conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and collaborative innovation.
- Translate research prototypes into robust software components for stakeholder implementation.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of research in AI/ML, demonstrated by publications in top-tier journals or conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, C++, or R, and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of advanced statistical modeling, algorithm design, and computational complexity.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical research and real-world application.
- Previous experience in healthcare technology or biomedical research is highly advantageous.
