- Lead the design and implementation of operations research models for airport logistics and transportation systems.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to optimize resource allocation and improve airport resilience strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define research objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and validate simulation tools to test proposed transportation solutions in real-world scenarios.
- Publish research findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the training and development of the research team.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-PhD experience in transportation planning, logistics, or systems engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Extensive experience with simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic) and optimization libraries.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals and securing research grants.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
