TG Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in the North-East Region. In this pivotal role, you will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding cross-functional teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

You will be instrumental in facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining team transparency, and ensuring that project outcomes align with strategic business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as an Agile coach, mentoring team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process, ensuring timely delivery of product increments while maintaining high quality standards.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that promotes transparency and collective ownership.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, including velocity, sprint burndown, and cycle time, to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Singapore Citizen status is mandatory for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management or serving as a Scrum Master.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Proven track record of coaching teams and driving organizational change within an IT environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to improve team productivity.
