Clicktek Consulting Inc is expanding its elite bench of Mainframe Security professionals to support our high-impact client engagements. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Security Administrator specializing in RACF to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our clients' mission-critical mainframe environments.
In this role, you will be the primary custodian of system security, managing access controls, auditing security logs, and implementing robust security policies across complex mainframe architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and application teams to provide secure access solutions while maintaining compliance with industry-standard security frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security configurations within the RACF environment.
- Manage user access profiles, digital certificates, and security group memberships to ensure the principle of least privilege.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks to mainframe integrity.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and SMF records to detect and mitigate unauthorized access attempts or system anomalies.
- Provide expert-level support for security-related incident resolution and change management processes.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure adherence to corporate security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Develop and document security operational procedures and technical guidelines for the wider IT team.
- Assist in the migration and upgrade of security software tools and patches within the mainframe ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Mainframe Security Administrator, specifically focusing on RACF.
- Deep understanding of z/OS architecture, TSO/ISPF, JCL, and REXX for security automation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital certificates, SSL/TLS, and encryption protocols on the mainframe.
- Strong knowledge of auditing tools such as Vanguard, zSecure, or similar security management suites.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex access control issues in high-pressure enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical security requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or z/OS specific certifications) are highly regarded.
