About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, technically skilled identity professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Singapore. As a Senior Security Analyst I, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert, driving the strategy and execution of our identity governance and access controls. This role is critical in safeguarding AbbVie's sensitive data and ensuring compliance with rigorous industry regulations. You will work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to transform our IAM landscape.

As a key member of the cybersecurity team, you will design, implement, and manage robust identity governance and privileged access controls across our global enterprise. You will lead identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification campaigns. Your expertise will directly protect our research data, manufacturing systems, and corporate infrastructure from evolving cyber threats.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM policies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege access.
- Lead the identity lifecycle management process, from joiner, mover, leaver management to access certifications.
- Administer and optimize IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Collaborate with business units to define access requirements and resolve complex authentication and authorization issues.
- Monitor IAM systems for security threats and ensure alignment with SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed IAM documentation, runbooks, and reporting metrics for senior leadership.
- Evaluate and recommend new IAM technologies and enhancements to improve the security posture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management or Cybersecurity.
- Deep technical expertise in IAM solutions (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk).
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, RBAC, governance, and privileged access management.
- Experience with cloud IAM architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or similar are highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
