Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain the IAM strategy and lifecycle (Provisioning, Review, and Decommissioning) to ensure secure access.
- Manage and optimize Identity and Access Management tools, including Okta, SailPoint, and Azure AD, to enhance user experience.
- Conduct regular access reviews and user provisioning audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Respond to and investigate identity-related security incidents, including brute-force attacks and unauthorized access attempts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security platforms (SIEM, DLP).
- Develop and automate scripts (Python, PowerShell) to improve IAM operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users regarding security protocols and authentication issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IAM Engineering, or Security Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience with Identity governance tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
