We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Security Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our dynamic security team at Abbvie. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions to protect our organization's digital assets. You will work with cutting-edge technologies including Saviynt and Ping platforms to ensure secure and efficient access controls across our global enterprise.

- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using Saviynt and Ping platforms
- Manage identity governance, access request workflows, and privileged access management
- Conduct regular access reviews and certification processes to ensure compliance with security policies
- Collaborate with IT and business units to understand access requirements and implement appropriate controls
- Investigate and resolve security incidents related to identity and access management
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and runbooks
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and industry best practices
- Participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives to enhance security posture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt and Ping Identity platforms
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including identity governance, access control models, and privileged access management
- Experience with IAM implementation, integration, and maintenance in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
