Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and clocking at designated premises to ensure site integrity.
- Manage access control for personnel, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond immediately to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Lead and supervise a team of security officers (for SSO level) to ensure operational standards are met.
- Handle incident reporting, documentation, and escalation procedures with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to tenants and visitors while maintaining a firm security presence.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents or exercises.
- Perform crowd control and traffic management duties during special events or peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid PLRD (Police Licensing & Regulatory Department) Security License.
- Completed required WSQ security modules (e.g., Handle Security Incidents, Provide Guard and Patrol Services).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security for SO roles; 2+ years for SSO roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) for effective reporting and interaction.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of prolonged standing or walking during patrols.
- Basic computer literacy for operating security systems and digital reporting tools.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
