Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks or hazards.
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control protocols to ensure site integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, including fire alarms and medical incidents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily logs according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee visitor management, ensuring all guests are verified and logged appropriately.
- Provide guidance and support to junior security team members on the ground.
- Ensure strict compliance with all site-specific security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with building management and local authorities as necessary to maintain a safe environment.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid PLRD Security License (Senior Security Officer grade).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the security industry, preferably in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- Must be fully certified in mandatory Security WSQ modules.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to perform rotating shift duties as required.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Prior experience in facility management or corporate security environments is highly advantageous.
