Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the IOI Central Boulevard premises to ensure asset protection and safety.
- Manage visitor registration, access control systems, and tenant security inquiries with high levels of professionalism.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any irregularities or security breaches.
- Execute emergency response protocols, including fire safety management and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate shift occurrence logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with building management and local authorities to address security threats or suspicious activities.
- Provide high-quality customer service to tenants and visitors while upholding strict security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold the rank of Senior Security Officer (SSO).
- Possess valid PLRD license and relevant security certifications.
- Proven completion of Required Training modules (RTT, OBSE).
- Must be certified in First Aid/CPR/AED.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and communication.
- Ability to work the designated PM shift (1500 - 2300 hours) consistently.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in high-end commercial or Grade-A office security environments.
