Tanggung Jawab
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair on LAM etch equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with process engineers to optimize etch processes and improve yield.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on equipment handling and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with semiconductor etch equipment, specifically LAM systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and equipment monitoring systems.
