Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of service ambassadors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event management strategies, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to post-event review.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage third-party vendor performance to ensure contractual compliance and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service standards with overall corporate objectives.
- Prepare insightful performance reports and data-driven recommendations for site management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in high-end hospitality, corporate real estate, or premium service management roles.
- Proven track record in vendor management and procurement, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on event management and logistics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to inspire a team in a demanding environment.
