Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems, chillers, and building automation controls.
- Lead the execution of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximize system uptime and lifecycle.
- Oversee the commissioning, start-up, and handover of new HVAC and BMS installations to clients.
- Provide technical mentorship and on-the-job training to junior service engineers and technicians.
- Develop detailed service reports, technical documentation, and root cause analysis for complex failures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify service contract opportunities and technical upgrades for existing clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and local regulatory standards at all times.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers, as well as air handling units (AHUs).
- Proven experience with DDC controls, PLC programming, and networking protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified HVAC Technician, Project Management) are highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across the Jakarta Raya region.
