Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, and custom apps).
- Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and code review processes across the team.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical workflows, configurations, and custom scripted solutions.
- Manage and optimize system integrations with external platforms using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and SSO.
- Oversee the health and integrity of the CMDB, ensuring accurate data federation, discovery, and reporting.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting knowledge transfer sessions and technical workshops.
- Conduct platform upgrades, clone management, and performance tuning to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of extensive experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide, XML, HTML, AngularJS, and related Web Technologies.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment with globally distributed teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift setup.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
