Atos is looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow CMDB Specialist to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring its administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will serve as the subject matter expert on data integrity, CI (Configuration Item) modeling, and impact analysis, playing a crucial role in optimizing our IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. We are seeking a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between technical data management and business requirements to drive efficiency and visibility across the organization.
As part of the Atos team, you will collaborate closely with IT operations, engineering, and service delivery teams to define and maintain accurate relationships between Configuration Items. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity across all Configuration Items (CIs).
- Design, develop, and implement CI models and relationships to reflect the complex IT environment accurately.
- Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and validation exercises to maintain a healthy CMDB.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of changes on the IT infrastructure and related services.
- Automate data population and synchronization processes to reduce manual effort and human error.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define ITSM workflows that align with CMDB data structures.
- Monitor CMDB health and performance, implementing improvements to support business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, specifically focusing on the CMDB module.
- Proven experience with CI modeling, impact analysis, and data quality management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CMDB Specialist certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating database data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
