- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Drive platform innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting regular code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the ongoing stability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance protocols.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Active ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
- Proven experience configuring and customizing core ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM modules.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior technical staff and lead complex technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
