Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, and HRSD
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and web services
- Lead platform upgrades and patches while ensuring system stability
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Document technical specifications and create knowledge base articles
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues with minimal supervision
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow integration patterns (MID Server, web services)
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
