Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex ServiceNow issues and provide expert guidance to junior team members
- Design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow configurations and integration solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ServiceNow performance and integration points
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and processes
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new features, implementing them as appropriate
- Lead ServiceNow projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Provide training and support to users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including configuration and integration development
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and integration patterns
- Strong experience with web services, APIs, and middleware technologies for integrations
- Proven track record of leading complex ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in ServiceNow (such as CIS-SAM, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-SD) are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
