Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze global shipping performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including coordination with carriers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with international import/export regulations, customs documentation, and trade requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex reports to track transit times, freight costs, and carrier performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production schedules and outbound shipment planning.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, including customs delays, documentation errors, and shipment discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shipping department using data-driven insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in shipping, logistics, or transportation analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Modeling) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs brokerage processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with global freight partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
