Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Are you an experienced systems engineer looking to drive large-scale public transport infrastructure? A highly respected name in global transportation is seeking a Senior Signalling Integrator to join their engineering hub in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will lead the overall System Engineering efforts for turnkey rail projects, bridging the gap between client requirements and complex technical solutions.
As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all signalling subsystems integrate flawlessly to meet the demanding parameters of both Tender bids and Backlog projects. You will act as the technical anchor, managing complex system interfaces and steering the engineering design through the entire project lifecycle—from conceptualization to final testing and commissioning.

- Define, manage, and trace system-level requirements throughout the project lifecycle, addressing both Tender and Backlog project phases.
- Coordinate with diverse multidisciplinary teams (trackside, onboard, telecommunications, and power supply) to resolve critical subsystem interface issues.
- Develop integration plans, interface control documents (ICDs), and system architecture designs.
- Ensure compliance with international rail safety and quality standards, including EN50126, EN50128, and EN50129.
- Support testing and commissioning activities, validating that integrated subsystems function optimally.
- Interface directly with clients, regulatory bodies, and sub-contractors to resolve technical queries and obtain system approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in system integration within the railway signalling sector.
- Strong technical expertise in modern signalling systems (such as CBTC, ETCS/ERTMS, or traditional computer-based interlocking).
- In-depth understanding of system engineering processes (the V-model lifecycle) and requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- Demonstrated experience working on turnkey rail projects from bidding/tender stage to project handover.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional engineering certification or license is highly advantageous.
