Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities at the Changi Airport project site
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Manage site personnel, including scheduling and performance evaluation
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction excellence
- Resolve technical issues and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
- Certification in Construction Safety Management (e.g., WSA, NEBOSH)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
