Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects meet strict deadlines and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of technical site issues.
- Review engineering drawings and project specifications to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and building codes.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, site diaries, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure high-standard workmanship throughout the construction lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably within high-rise or commercial construction projects in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, BCA requirements, and construction best practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and standard project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple site teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
