Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions
- Develop automation tools and scripts for deployment, monitoring, and incident response
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production incidents
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and maintain SLOs/SLIs for critical services
- Drive continuous improvement through capacity planning and performance tuning
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
