Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop client-centered intervention plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to individuals and families
- Design and implement community outreach programs targeting vulnerable populations

- Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to social services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Valid registration with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience (Senior) or 1-2 years (Social Worker)
- Certification in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong case management and documentation skills
- Experience working with diverse populations including mental health conditions
- Knowledge of Singapore's social services landscape and community resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
