Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for industrial automation projects, from conceptual design to on-site commissioning.
- Design and implement sophisticated control algorithms for motion control, vision systems, and data acquisition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing control systems to maximize throughput and reliability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including software design specifications and user manuals.
- Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in industrial automation software control.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff, or Rockwell) and HMI development.
- Hands-on experience with motion control systems, servo drives, and robotic integration.
- Expertise in C++, C#, or Python for industrial application development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a professional team environment.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and mentor junior technical staff.
