- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Lead architectural and design discussions for new features and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to optimize performance and reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on scalable systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
