Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for real-time medical device applications.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software modules using C++ or C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit and system-level test cases to ensure reliability.
- Maintain compliance with medical device software safety standards and rigorous documentation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance bottlenecks in real-time processing environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software architecture and development workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in C++ or C# with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience in real-time operating systems (RTOS) or multi-threaded application development.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with medical device standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
