Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automated test frameworks using Java, Selenium, and JUnit
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and performance tests for complex applications
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Collaborate with developers to embed quality practices throughout the SDLC
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear root cause analysis
- Optimize test coverage and efficiency through innovative testing approaches
- Mentor junior engineers on testing best practices and quality engineering principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Java with strong OOP and design pattern knowledge
- 3+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven)
- Familiarity with RESTful API testing using Postman/RestAssured
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
