Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the development of embedded video components and user activity tracking features to enhance web engagement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software craftsmanship and agile methodology.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability in a cloud-native environment.
- Participate in full-cycle software development, from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
