Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for the Open Payments Platform.
- Lead architectural discussions and drive technical decision-making processes within the engineering team.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate them effectively into our infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
