About the Role
Are you a seasoned software engineer passionate about automation and data? Quickli is revolutionizing the mortgage technology landscape, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge automation, scraping, and internal tooling solutions from our Cebu office. In this critical role, you will architect and build the very systems that power our platform, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
What You Will Do
As a senior member of our engineering team, you will take ownership of complex technical challenges. You will design resilient web scraping architectures to aggregate critical mortgage data, develop sophisticated automation scripts to streamline workflows, and build powerful internal tools that empower our operations teams. This is a hands-on role where you will write clean, performant code while also providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop robust automation frameworks for mortgage processing workflows and internal operations.
- Build and maintain scalable web scraping tools to aggregate, parse, and integrate critical data from various sources.
- Architect and implement internal tools and RESTful APIs to streamline business processes and team productivity.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior software engineers.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the entire stack.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design through deployment and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems to ensure high availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Proven experience with automation frameworks, web scraping technologies, and data processing pipelines (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer, Scrapy, Beautiful Soup).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and scalable system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in fintech, mortgage, or real estate technology is a strong plus.
