Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. As a key member of our technology division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that drive our business forward. We are looking for a technical leader who is passionate about writing clean code, mentoring junior developers, and mastering the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in at least two programming languages to architect, build, and optimize enterprise-level applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your strong understanding of SDLC will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will actively participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. You must have a proven ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using at least two programming languages.
- Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and system architecture.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, C#).
- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
