Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust firmware/software solutions for semiconductor-based systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between silicon and software layers.
- Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and performance optimization of embedded software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high quality and reliability of software releases.
- Engage in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to streamline development workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment focused on technical growth.
- Contribute to documentation and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in embedded software development (C/C++).
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers (MCU), real-time operating systems (RTOS), and device drivers.
- Proficiency in hardware communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
- Proven ability to debug complex systems using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and debuggers.
- Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
